BT & BXT Type (Threaded end ferrule)
The BT and BXT Type are single branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (BT type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (BXT type). The BT type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our BXT cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F.  (Specifications)
 

 

ET & EXT Type (Bifurcated with Threaded end ferrule)
The ET and EXT Type are dual branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (ET type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (EXT type). The ET type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our EXT cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F.   (Specifications)

(90 and 45 degree end ferrules)
The BL, BXL, BM and BXM Type are single branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (BL and BM type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (BXL and BXM type). The BL and BM type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our BXL and BXM cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F. The BL, BXL, BM and BXM assemblies are often used in opposed scanning for sensing of objects in space restricted areas. (Specifications)

The EL, EXL, EM and EXM Type are dual branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (EL and EM type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (EXL and EXM type). The EL and EM type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our EXL and EXM cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F. The BY, BLY and BMY Type are single branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with our standard PVC monocoil sheathing  rated for -40 to 225 degrees F. The BY, BLY and BMY type assemblies are used for sensing very small targets when high resolution is required. The BY, BLY and BMY type assemblies are available with straight end ferrules (BY type), 45 degree end ferrules (BMY type) and 90 degree end ferrules (BLY type).  (Specifications)
 

 

EY, ELY and EMY Type

The EY, ELY and EMY Type are dual branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with our standard PVC monocoil sheathing rated for -40 to 225 degrees F. The EY, ELY and EMY type assemblies are used for sensing very small targets when high resolution is required. The EY, ELY and EMY type assemblies are available with straight end ferrules (EY type), 45 degree end ferrules (EMY type) and 90 degree end ferrules (ELY type).  (Specifications)
 

 

BLS and BXLS Type
(Tight right angle end ferrules)
The BLS and BXLS Type are single branch fiber optic assemblies sheathed with either our standard PVC monocoil sheathing (BLS type) or our rugged stainless steel sheathing (BXLS type). The BLS type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our BXLS cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F. These assemblies feature a rugged stainless steel termination with “tight” right angle optical aperture for opposed scanning in inaccessible working areas. The rugged terminations also make it easy to clamp or bolt to a mounting surface.

The ELS type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our EXLS cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F. These assemblies feature a rugged stainless steel termination with “tight” right angle optical aperture for opposed scanning in inaccessible working areas. The BF and BLF type cables are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees F to 225 degrees F. Our BFX cables are rated from -40 degrees F to 500 degrees F. These assemblies have rectangular shaped apertures for high resolution detection of line targets as in registration mark sensing, edge guide and leading edge detection. They are ideal for precise control on moving a web in opposed scanning. The epoxy molded encapsulators are rated at 225 degrees F and have mounting holes for easy mounting.
