Please feel free to contact our technical support team to review the problem before returning for repair on our technical support form.

As a company of Setra Systems, Dolan-Jenner repairs/service requests are handled by Setra. If you would like to return a unit to Dolan-Jenner for service or repair, please complete the Online Service Form.

Once the form is completed please click "SUBMIT REQUEST" and our Customer Service Team will email you authorization and a Return Label with RMA # which will be used to return the product to us for Service. Once an RMA has been assigned to you, please send the package using the Return Label.

To assure prompt handling, please make sure the RMA number is on the outside of the box. If applicable, include a copy of the PO for the return in the shipment.
